  PS Auto Service (“we” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers with regards to their personal data. Any personal data which we collect, record or use in any way whether it is held on paper or on computer will be safeguarded ensuring that we comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018.    
  We are also committed to ensuring compliance with regard to transportation and destruction of personal information.  Collecting your information
  The type of information we may collect includes your name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number so that we can contact you. This will be collected when your vehicle comes to us for work or if a quotation is requested.  
 Using your information
  The information we gather is used for the following:  To provide you with invoices and quotations  To maintain and collate the history of works carried out on your vehicle  Where requested, to send you a reminder for annual MOT or service by e-mail or post.  For record keeping purposes     
  This information you provide us is kept so as to be able to send your invoices, quotations and reminders. No marketing information will be sent out.  
 Sharing your information
  Your personal details will never be shared outside of PS Auto Services for marketing or any other purpose.    
  We may be required to disclose your information by law or where a court, the police or other enforcement agency has asked for it.    
 Protecting your information
  PS Auto Service have appropriate physical and technological security measures setup to keep your information safe. Internally access to personal information is limited to employees who need to access it in order to do their jobs. This information is never transferred outside of the UK.
